Seminar on PCOD organized at Noor Mahal - Wrong Food Habits Responsible for Increased Ailments in Females

organised a seminar on PCOD disease in Hotel Noor Mahal. Specialist of
Amritdhara My Hospital Dr. Jyoti Gupta made concerted efforts with full
dedication to make the programme more knowledgeable and successful. Noted
doctors of Delhi Dr. Abha Majumdar, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Dr. Shivani Sachdeva, Dr.
Kuldeep Singh, Dr. Ragini Agarwal, Dr. Bharati Ghorepatil, Pune, and Dr. Seema
Pandey, Azamgarh participated in the seminar. They said that the disease is
increasing in women and girls rapidly and its main reasons are present day life
style, increasing use of fast and junk foods. Ladies gain weight and their
menstruation cycle is affected. They face difficulty in conceiving and
imbalance in hormonal level. Leading Endocrinologist from Karnal Dr. Sanjay
Kalra and Surgeon Dr. Nitin Bansal also participated in the seminar and
highlighted the importance of treating the hormonal imbalance and PCOD and also
about the weight-loss surgery. The seminar was attended by about 150
representatives from Haryana and enlightened themselves on the subject.
